Return Eligibility

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • The item must be in the same condition as when delivered.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase

  • Any item that shows signs of use, damage, or alteration

How to Request a Return

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued in cash only at the time of item pickup or as arranged during the return process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Provide clear details and photos (if possible).

  • We will arrange for a replacement or a cash refund.
